Enviro-Library


A community library of environmental resources is available and provides easy public access to a wide range of resources produced by local, regional and central government organisations as well as non-governmental organisations.

The centre aims to be a community focal point for environmental awareness and provides meeting facilities for local environmental groups to utilise.

The Centre houses a specialist reference library, available for use by the public during the Centre's opening hours.

Photocopying is available for 10 cents a page (black & white only).

Publications held include books, magazines, reports, Council plans, miscellaneous articles, videos and newspaper clippings.

Meeting Space


The community is welcome to use the Centre's meeting facilities for groups of up to 20 people. The Centre has a large board-room table and tea facilities available on a koha basis. If you wish to book the Centre for a meeting contact Rose tgaec@xtra.co.nz
